How
We offer a wide and continuously growing range of props for all occasions, featuring the latest on‑trend event styles. You’re welcome to choose directly from our gallery or request bespoke pieces designed specifically for your theme.
On the day of your event, we’ll arrive before your guests to set everything up, ensuring every detail is perfect. Once your celebration has finished, we’ll return to take everything down and collect. Installation times vary depending on your hire, and we’ll confirm all timings with you in advance. Throughout the process, we’re always here with friendly advice and creative recommendations.
Our props can be installed at venues, homes, or gardens. For certain items, we may request images, dimensions, or access details to ensure a smooth and safe setup.
Payment & booking
To secure your booking, please complete our booking form or email us and we’ll be happy to send it over. A non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your décor is not reserved until this deposit has been received and accepted. Once processed, you’ll receive a receipt as confirmation.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your hire date. If you’d prefer to talk through your plans in more detail, feel free to contact us to arrange a one‑to‑one consultation to discuss your big day.
Where
We’re proudly based in Hampshire, and any delivery or collection fees are calculated based on the distance to your venue.
We currently cover Hampshire and West Sussex, but we’re often able to travel further. If you’re outside these areas, we may still be able to help — a minimum spend or additional delivery fee may apply. Whether your celebration is big or small, indoors or outdoors, we can provide décor that perfectly suits your theme.
